There has been some confusion about the very first Rainbow show, but now it seems that the first show was in Montreal, Canada, instead of New York City or Hempstead, NY. Rainbow's first tour was very short one, only a handful of shows in the North America. Rush was supposed to warm up at least the November 22nd show, but they were cancelled at the last minute.
