Here's a review of Dio's stop at the Village Nightclub in Lancaster, PA on 4/29. I've seen Dio in the big arenas three times, then twice at the Village, which is a small club that holds about 500 people. It's amazing seeing such a talent up close. His voice sounds stronger than ever--I wonder how he can still belt it out after all these years!

I feel like the man is still out to rock hard and provide a top quality show. He covered his tracks, too, playing a little something from Rainbow as well as Sabbath. Following is a list of songs played:

Hearing some of the Rainbow stuff was like taking a dive back into the past. Excellent Jamming/Excellent Sound. If I had to pick the biggest treats, they were Mistreated, Man on the Silver Mountain, Holy Diver and Heaven and Hell. You can really tell ronnie is still having an incredible amount of fun!
