Black Sabbath: Heaven And Hell tour dates

The band toured both in Europe and States for the Heaven And Hell album. They had one personnel change during the tour, as their drummer Bill Ward left them in mid August 1980 and was replaced by Vinny Appice.

The band toured as headliners themselves and did a co-headlining tour titled Black + Blue with Blue Oyster Cult in October 1980 in the USA. Some sources suggest the two bands would've have some difficulties with each other so that they wouldn't have finished the tour together. On the list below (HL) indicates the known dates when Blue Oyster Cult headlined the shows.

Lots of thanks for figuring out many of these dates go to Rob Dwyer, webmaster of the now already gone Black Sabbath Live Project web site!
