'Man On The Silver Mountain' combines the early and late Tokyo shows of the 16th December, while 'Catch The Rainbow' is a largely unedited version from Hiroshima on the 14th. The edited 'Mistreated' came from the Cologne concert (25th September). '16th Century Greensleeves' appears unedited and featured the version aired at the evening Tokyo show, while most of 'Still I'm Sad' would appear to come from Munich.
