    - Live recordings from Japan, December 1976 and Germany, September 1976. According to Roy Davies' book "Rainbow Rising - The Story of Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow, the songs are divided this way to different shows: The first minute or so of 'Kill The King' is from Tokyo (the evening show performed on 16th December 1976) and the rest from Munich (29th September 1976). 'Man On The Silver Mountain' combines the early and late Tokyo shows of the 16th December, while 'Catch The Rainbow' is a largely unedited version from Hiroshima on the 14th. The edited 'Mistreated' came from the Cologne concert (25th September). '16th Century Greensleeves' appears unedited and featured the version aired at the evening Tokyo show, while most of 'Still I'm Sad' would appear to come from Munich.
